Dow Corning Molykote HP-300 Synthetic Grease 10 grams (~3/8 oz., 0.35 oz.) by weight **GENUINE 100% PURE** DOW CORNING® MOLYKOTE® HP-300 Synthetic Fluorinated PFPE High Temperature Grease NLGI #2 Consistency, White Color. in CONVENIENT and DURABLE Polypropylene Plastic Jar for Secure Closing. DOW CORNING MOLYKOTE HP-300 fully fluorinated grease provides extraordinary performance under extreme conditions. Designed for use in wide temperature ranges and/or high-vacuum operations such as semiconductor applications. Used for printer fuser assembly, scanner, formatter and fuser films. NOTE: Do not confuse Molykote HP-300 with lesser quality greases sold by others for copier maintenance. The silicone based grease Fuchs Chemplex 710 is not rated for continuous use over 204ºC (400 ºF), and Nye Uniflor 8172 is only recommended by the manufacturer for service between -45 to 225 ºC (-49 ºF to +437 ºF). Molykote HP-300 is probably the grease most asked for by name for copier fuser service. FEATURES: – Compatible with most plastics – Service Temperature Range: -65 ºC to +250 ºC (-85 ºF to +482 ºF), intermittent use up to 280 ºC (536 ºF) – Excellent stability at high temperatures – Superior resistance to chemicals and solvents – Minimal deterioration due to oxidation, appropriate for long-term lubrication – Low vapor pressure (base oil) APPLICATIONS: – Can be used broadly under harsh conditions such as low or high temperatures, corrosive, solvent, liquefied natural gasses, high vacuum, etc. – Clean room equipment and semiconductor manufacturing equipment where the volatization of the lubricating material is undesirable. – Specified by manufacturers of copy machines for high temperature fuser roll lubrication.
