All returned items must have an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number clearly visible on the outside of returning package, or package will be refused and sent back to Buyer at their expense. ALL items must be returned 100% complete with ALL original packaging, etc. Any item NOT returned 100% complete will cause a delay in processing and Buyer will be financially responsible for any missing items or packaging.
