The cylinder heads we sell are guaranteed to fit the applications we list. We also have custom building options available for any obsolete or late model heads that you may have trouble locating. All work is done on our premises and starts with a complete tear-down and thorough inspection of every head entering our shop. After a complete evaluation of all components, the cylinder head undergoes a 3-step thermal cleaning and magnafluxing process followed by a pressure testing tank that checks for cracks and imperfections. Afterward, the machinist resurfaces the cylinder head to eliminate the possibility of head warpage, and valve seats are cut. Each valve is machine dressed at the stem and face, conforming with OEM specs. All springs are tension tested, and worn rocker studs are replaced when necessary. In addition, new freeze plugs, pollution plugs, valve keepers, and valve seals are installed. The cylinder head is then vacuum tested to ensure proper seating of all valves. Finally, the cylinder head receives a final inspection and heat tabs are installed. All of our cylinder heads are assembled to OEM specifications or better to guarantee your satisfaction. Our eBay store has the correct parts fitment/compatibility, is in stock, has a picture, a competitive price, and is shipped via FedEx Ground or FedEx Home Delivery. As a vital component of your vehicle, it is important to repair or replace your cylinder head with Y&D in order to avoid further complications.
