Emblems, Domed Decals and Plastic Nameplates were used instead of pot-metal emblems. Reproductions of these plastic emblems must be manufactured properly to avoid cracking, yellowing, peeling and delamination. 1982-92 Camaro rocker panel and rear bumper fascia emblems are included in this group. Others use Acrylic. They’re cheaper to make and don’t compare to Phoenix Graphix Glass Caps®. Glass Caps® are Polyurethane. A supreme material that lasts a very long time.
